For our liquids division, GFL Environmental is seeking a plumbing and location coordinator!
Primary Accountabilities:
- Help with the general organization and scheduling of locators in the field.
- Help with general planning and coordination for field plumbers.
- Set up personnel for daily fieldwork at the location.
- Help the supervisor create, organize, and distribute assignments to the field crew.
- Get work order requests and create them for the Department of Location.
- Get work order requests and produce them for the plumbing department.
- Maintain, arrange, and update documentation for individual utility members.
- Keep track of, update, and arrange the documentation for individual plumbers.
- Make appointments by getting in touch with customers and utility members.
- Maintain and make changes to Excel spreadsheets for invoicing.
- Make sure all requests and services are appropriately billed as you prepare and submit your bills.
- Carry out additional relevant tasks, such as returning and handling office calls.
Proficiency, Abilities, and Capabilities:
- You have to speak two languages.
- ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a comparable position is advantageous.
