The UK’s Dr. Pirkko Koppinen Scholarship
Students of all nationalities can now apply for the UK’s Dr. Pirkko Koppinen Scholarship to study in the UK. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply for the scholarship if they plan to enroll in one or more qualified master’s programs at Royal Holloway, University of London. A new full-time student pursuing an MA in Medieval Studies with home or international fee status is eligible for this award. It is offered as a £12,000 living cost contribution (where appropriate) and as a reduction in tuition fees.

Dr. Pirkko Koppinen Scholarship Application Process
- Applications must be submitted through the applicant site.
- Results will be notified after July 8, 2024.
- A 500-word supporting statement is required, including academic accomplishments, reasons for pursuing the degree, and how the scholarship will aid in career and research goals.
- An attached transcript of grades is required.
- A 200-word academic reference letter from a professor who has previously advised or collaborated with the applicant is required.
