Melbourne Chancellor’s Scholarship 2024: University of Melbourne for International Students Requirements

  • Possess citizenship in Australia, permanent residency, or New Zealand citizenship.
  • Completed the International Baccalaureate or Year 12 in Australia.
  • Hold Australian citizenship and have completed the International Baccalaureate outside of Australia or an Australian Year 12 program.
  • Be a citizen of a non-Australian nation, pass Year 12 or IB in Australia, and not have completed postsecondary education coursework.
  • Submit a VTAC application for a University of Melbourne undergraduate course to start in the year after completing Australian Year 12 or International Baccalaureate.
  • Be of Indigenous Australian descent and have achieved an ATAR of at least 90, an A+ audition score, or intended to pursue a Bachelor of Music with an ATAR of at least 99.85.

Application Processes for a University of Melbourne Scholarship

  • No separate application is required if you apply through VTAC.
