Workplace safety responsibilities

Maintaining a safe workplace and prioritizing safety.
Complying with environmental health and safety and quality assurance requirements.
Planning and laying out work using various tools and measuring instruments.
Compiling shop computations on work dimensions.
Selecting the necessary materials for the work.
Measuring and laying out metal plates and tubing using design drawings.
Using metal fabrication tools to cut, shape, and prepare components.
Working with welders and team members to erect steel plates and tubing.
Assisting with overall project goals and performing other duties as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma
4 years of trade experience
U.S. citizenship is required.
TS/SCI security clearance is required at application time and must be maintained.
