Job Synopsis:

Having productive conversations with technical and production personnel
utilizing shop drawings and instructions to produce weldments that meet specifications
Uphold a tidy and safe workplace.


Execute every welding task.
Read and comprehend the instructions and shop drawings.
Recognize how to use and maintain jigs.
Employ manual power tools.
Recognize the dimensions and characteristics of the raw and processed products’ materials.
precise completion of job orders and time sheets
Be an enthusiastic team member.
Perform tasks with little oversight.
Capacity for safe operation
Be on time and continue to have good attendance.

Capabilities and skills:

Proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery, including drill presses, mills, grinders, lathes, overhead cranes, forklifts, sanders, and saws
the capacity to identify possible safety issues and suggest solutions
understanding of safety regulations and protocols in the workplace
physically and aesthetically taxing jobs
ability to make decisions.
Proficient in written, spoken, and auditory English communication abilities; forklift operator certification is a plus.
