The Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarships at Newcastle University. With great pleasure, Newcastle University announces the availability of its Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarships (VCES) to deserving and qualified international applicants wishing to begin their academic careers at the university in the 2024–2025 academic year. Every year, Newcastle University offers several scholarships to worthy international students wishing to pursue undergraduate degrees. The entire cost of tuition will be reduced when the scholarships are transferred to the student’s fee account.

Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarship Requirements

  • Candidates must hold postgraduate degrees in medicine, dentistry, and oral and dental health sciences.
  • Clearing Exchange students and study abroad applicants are also eligible.
  • Current, enrolled university students who started undergraduate studies at the award time are eligible.
  • Scholarships are renewed annually and based on academic success.
  • Awards for 2024–2025 cannot be postponed until 2025–2026.
  • Candidates must receive at least an ABB at the A level or its equivalent.
  • Applications are evaluated based on quality, academic ability, and commitment.

Scholarship Application Process

  • Eligibility: Must be admitted to the university’s Newcastle city center for the 2024–2025 undergraduate degree program.
