KIT International Student Scholarship Fund 2024–2025. Talented medical professionals from low-income nations who wish to study for a master’s degree in public health or a master’s degree in international health at KIT Royal Tropical Institute and desire to work toward bettering their home countries’ health conditions are cordially invited to apply for the KIT Scholarship Fund. The scholarship, valued at 20,600 euros, is meant to help with the cost of tuition for the Master’s program at KIT for a maximum of 12 months, starting in September 2024 and ending in September 2025.

KIT International Student Scholarship Fund 2024–2025 Scholarship Fund Requirements

Candidates must meet all scholarship application standards and be accepted into either the Master of Science in Public Health or Health Equity program.
They must have a passport issued by a developing nation in Asia, Africa, or South America and meet the prerequisites for a Dutch visa (MVV residency permit).
Candidates should have a professional background and a minimum of two to three years of related job experience.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in medicine or other health-related fields of study is required.
Candidates should have a track record of dedication to the public cause.
Candidates must support the goals and aspirations of donors and the KIT Scholarship Fund.
Citizens of low-income countries and employed at the time of application must be admitted to the KIT master’s program.
Candidates should work in a field where a KIT education can be beneficial.
They should be able to participate physically and cognitively in the program and be available full-time.

KIT International Student Scholarship Fund 2024–2025 Scholarship Application Process

Scholarships can only be applied for online by those accepted into the Master of Public Health and Health Equity program.
Eligibility requires a confirmed source of additional money or co-funding.

Application materials include:

Master of Public Health and Health Equity admissions letter.
Evidence of funding for the remaining portion of the funding, approximately 18.200 euros.
Letter of motivation explaining reasons for applying and how to use new talents to advance the public cause.
500-700 word essay outlining a public health issue to discuss in the course and its effects on the community and healthcare system.
