Applications for Companion 47 of the West Africa Emerging Leaders Program, YALI RLC 2024 are not yet being acknowledged. The administration of the YALI Local Leadership Center, West Africa (Accra), is the program’s host. Applications are empowered by the locale’s young, yearning leaders. Everybody is free to apply to the call. No candidate will confront separation due to their race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic situation, religion, or disability.

YALI RLC West Africa Emerging Leaders Program Eligibility Criteria

Age: 18–35 years at application submission.
Non-U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
Eligibility for a visa to Ghana.
Proficiency in English reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Selection Criteria for the Leadership Program

Demonstrated leadership in public service, business, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement.
Active participation in public or community service, volunteerism, or mentorship.
Ability to work cooperatively in diverse groups.
Strong social and communication skills.
Positive attitude.
Demonstrated knowledge, interest, and professional experience.
Commitment to apply leadership skills and training.
