Heinrich Boll Scholarships in Germany for International Students. International students who intend to pursue a master’s or doctoral degree in Germany but receive their university admission qualification from a school outside of Germany are eligible to apply for scholarships from the Heinrich Böll Foundation.

Scholarships for Masters and PhD Degrees in Germany
