Upon acceptance into the doctoral program, international doctoral students will receive the Concordia International Tuition Award of Excellence. The International Tuition Award of Excellence at Concordia lowers international students’ tuition costs to the Quebec rate.
In addition to paying all applicable miscellaneous and annual foreign health insurance fees, international students will be expected to pay tuition fees at the standard Quebec rate. For more details on the tuition, other fees, and health insurance costs, please use the tuition and fee estimator.
Students who have been given a specific award make up the cost difference between international and Quebec tuition (e. g. The Concordia International Tuition Award of Excellence is ineligible for recipients who are sponsored by different institutions, receive different government mobility awards, or come from different organizations.
