The Recording Industry Association of America has awarded Whitney Houston’s cover of Dolly Parton’s “I Will Always Love You” a Diamond certification (RIAA). This is the fourth diamond certification for the late singer. It topped the Billboard Hot 100 for 14 weeks in a row, setting the record for the longest No. 1 run at the time.
