Iran Imposes 3-Month Ban on Authorised Bitcoin Mining Facilities Due to Excessive Power Usage

Iran has imposed a three-month moratorium on Bitcoin mining operations. Mostapha Rajani Mashhadi, the director of Iran Grid Management, made the announcement.
