Daylight Saving Time Has Ended.

It’s time to start practicing good “sleep hygiene” to help you fall asleep faster. Dr. Kannan Ramar is a medical professor at the Mayo Clinic’s Center for Sleep Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. He suggests going to bed at the same time every night and avoiding caffeine and fluids before bed. The seasonal affective disorder can be triggered by the conclusion of Daylight Saving Time. SAD is a type of depression that usually starts in the fall and lasts until the spring. Irritability, inability to concentrate, carbohydrate cravings, anxiety, and withdrawal from social activities are some of the symptoms. Dr. Bhanu Prakash Kolla advises those with SAD to get as much natural light as possible.
