Subtropical Storm Wanda Could Become A Tropical Storm This Week.

The period’s 21st named storm might become a typhoon on Tuesday, according to the Public Tropical Storm Place. Subtropical Tempest Wanda was 970 miles west of the Azores at 5 a.m. Monday, with maximum sustained winds of 50 mph and heading southeast at 7 mph. Wanda is expected to travel through the upper east on Monday before heading north on Tuesday.
